Industry Vets weigh in on their feelings about Brass Balls Bobbers’ new 2009 Model 1 motorcycle. We hooked up with a number of the movers and shakers at the V-Twin Expo in Cincinnati, OH to judge their reaction to our latest Digger Bobber from the Brass Balls stable.

The initial reaction was that we blew them away… Offering so much custom stuff for so little. High quality components that integrate into a perfectly balanced Digger that looks good, sounds good and pumps out the smiles per miles!

How did the Editor of American Iron, Chris Maida, come home with a Hip Hop Osaurus tattoo from the V-Twin Expo in Cincinnati? Now some might think that he was incarcerated during the show and got a jailhouse tat, but that is just plain ole stinkin’ thinkin.

No, he was out with Da BossMan of Brass Balls Bobbers, Dar Holdsworth, checkin out the lights and good times in Cincy.

At about 3 in morning they found themselves at an all night pizza parlor sopping up the suds with a large pepperoni.

Meet Up with Dar @ the Limpnickie Lot in Daytona, Fl

Award Winning Military Bobber Dar Holdsworth, Brass Balls Bobbers’ BossMan, is meeting up with the Limpnickie Crew for Bikeweek.

He’ll be putting down stakes at the Limpnickie Lot located at the Stone Edge Skatepark on 1848 S. Ridgewood Avenue in South Daytona from February 28th through March 8th.

The Lot is a place to see the next generation of custom builders, sleds and parts with some skate boarding thrown in.

Come Down & Meet Dar
Dar will be at the Lot with his award-winning Military Bobber that will be given away in October at Biktoberfest later in the year. And it could be yours for only $10. Meet Dar and win a custom motorcycle.

The proceeds go to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund to build a facility for diagnosing and treating traumatic brain injuries for the brave men and women in the United States Armed Forces.

2009 Winner – Oklahoma City, OK – Darwin Motorcycles, the builder of the Brass Balls Bobbers & Choppers motorcycles, is pleased to announce that its Custom Bobber received the 2009 V-Twin Bobber of the Year award at the annual V-Twin Expo, the industry’s largest trade show, held February 7-9 in Cincinnati, OH.

Once a year, on Saturday night, the industry gathers in the Grand Ballroom of the Duke Energy Convention Center to celebrate the winners of the Excellence Awards given away by Paisano Publications.

Dave Nichols, Editor-in-Chief of Easyriders Magazine brought Darwin Motorcycles founder, Dar Holdsworth, up to the stage and in front of his peers to receive the award.

The Model 1 custom production bobber was a hit at the motorcycle industry’s V-Twin Expo. The Press, Builders and Dealers all had good thing to say about the style, quality and value price point.

One of our admirers was none other than Cyril Huze of Cyril Huze Custom Inc. He liked what he saw.
